MC Apr/15 - Quill - Garden Vine Celebrate - Enjoy Your day

I mean I love most of her files, but some speak to me more than others and this "Garden Vine Panel Card" file was one of them... I also used the butterflie from the same file as part of the front flap closure.

 I've paired it up with some of my quilling and another of Suzanne's eCut files the "Celebrate" word.
