CBH Challenge July 8

This week's CBH Challenge is to use Pastel colors. I love pastel colors and my Pan Pastels were the right medium for my backgrounds. I also got to use a new stamp I just bought. It's a wood mounted stamp so I have to love it if I bought it. Mounted stamps are a no no in my art room. Just no space for those things, plus they are waaaay too expensive.

And I also used my AMuse Photo Corner rubber stamp, so I'm combining several things in this week's challenge. I'm happy with the results. It's a triptych again with the thought of If you have a dream, and you believe in the dream, then begin to do something about that dream to make it happen. OK enough philosophising. Click on the triptych image to see larger images and details.

Stunning pastel backgrounds. Love the three atcs/
You aksed what the cruppled paper background is.
Its Moon Shadow inks painted onto a lightweight cardstock then daubed with another colour then crumpled up and opened out efore its dried. It really special in real life beacuse it has two metalic tones in it. A blue and a copper

These are beautiful, Yogi!!! I like 'believe' the best... I think because the gown is on top of the frame... give it a lot more depth.
