Paper Transformed - Pearly Mottled

Well several months ago I had gotten the Paper Transformed book by Julie Andrus and said I would try to do a technique in the book every few days or so. Well I did one at that time and - so much for the good intentions - none followed until today...

Love this technique too. If you checked out my recent envelopes, one of them used this background technique and I said to myself I wanted to try some other colors. And that's just what I did. I also found I preferred the Kaleidacolor rainbow pads more than the Adirondack raised felt dye pads. The only thing is, it's hard to see the Perfect Pearls and the shimmer they leave on the paper.

Wow, Yogi, I sure hope I can find that book somewhere. I love to make backgrounds and I really love those shimmery mists. Your work is fantastic. I love all of it. I think your decorated envelopes are really super.
