Had fun making this week's CBH Challenge piece. My friend just bought a Cuttlebug and wanted a play day to try some of my embossing folders and dies from various companies. We had a great day yesterday and while playing thought I'd run some of my pattern paper through my Zyron and then use my big alphabet set to die cut the letters for the front of the card. I used both the negative and positive shapes. I like combining them like that. Adds interest. I then ran my Sizzlets alphabet through the Cuttlebug and used the letters for the Happy Birthday onto purple paper which I then mounted onto aqua paper before mounting to my main card which is a lavender tone.
You may have guessed but this week's CBH Challenge was to use Patterned Paper.
