Sunday Postcard May 3rd

Sunday Postcard has a challenge to create simply - or not so simply - with Black & White. I don't make postcards, but thought the challenge itself was wonderful and lent itself so well with using Quietfire Design rubber stamps.

The first one I did on white cardstock rubber stamping with Versafine Black Onyx stamp pad, then mounted it to a metallic black cardstock. The second one I did on black cardstock, using a white pigment ink and white embossing powder on certain sections. Then mounted it to a metallic white cardstock. Stamps used were "Letter's Mingle Souls" and the 4 squares are from a 5 piece "Tile Set" and then there are the 2 checkerboard design elements and the alphabet letters on the bottom are "Gothic Border".
