Flourishes Day 3 "Case'ing"

I have never heard of the term "case'ing" before. But that's what today's challenge was over on Flourishes for their Day 3 challenge. From what I'm to gather, you pick a person's style you like and try to emulate it. I picked Leslie Miller's style because I love her simplicity and cleanliness of design. It's not as easy to do that. We, or at least a lot of us, have a tendency to put more and more on to things and we've lost that clean style. Thank you Leslie, for forcing me to try your style.
I also used a favorite quote by a friend of mine and calligraphed into rubber by Suzanne Cannon on Quietfire Design.

Gosh, Yogi, I saw your card in the thumbnail on the Flourishes blog and I really liked it, so I clicked for a closer look. What do you know?! It makes me feel great that you enjoy my style of cardmaking. Yours turned out beautiful. Love the blue spray and the quote and the clean, yet stylish design. Way to go!
