Color Throwdown Challenge for Wk Mar 10

Having loads of problems uploading to my website and this blog. Sheesh - Finally I'm able to access my website. That was frustrating

Anyway this is a color Throwdown challenge through a blog I just discovered, Wild Dragonfly Designs. Nice cards on it too.

Here are the details of the card until I can upload them to my main website.
Used my latest Martha Stewart Punch Around set "Deco Fan" - love it. And a new stamp I just got from The Stamp Barn "CFRA036N".
Colored the stamp with Tombows in the Challenge colors, misted with water and stamped onto Arches 140# HP watercolor paper. Dried and cut around the design. Rubber stamped the quote (QuietfireDesign)with Blue Lagoon and clear embossed it.
Figured out the measurement I wanted for my card and what would work for the punch, then just punched away on the front only. Since I didn't use the same dimensions as suggested, I have about 1/8" error on the long side. Will alter my thinking for the next one. Adhered the artwork to the card. Then added the "Thinking of You" which is one of my calligraphic Peel Offs under the ECraftDesigns label. Added some left over background paper, which happened to use the same colors, under the cover to show through the scalloped edge.

And this card also qualifies for:
"The Wild Flower Patch" challenge of using up leftovers. (actually spring cleaning, but cleaning is a taboo word to me...)
"Crazy 4 Challenges" Spring card
