I've been wanting to make a flower sampler for a while now and after finishing this one, realized I can make at least one more if not two... So this may become a series. Sheesh. Really like the way it turned out.
There are so many varieties of hand made flowers out there that it's hard to keep track of them. I make them, sometimes come up with twists and then go on to the next one and before I know it a couple months have gone by and I forgot all about the first one I made that I loved.... No more, now they'll be a gentle reminder on my wall. It will be framed in a black metal frame as soon as I get one this week.
And the theme this week over on Created By Hand and Quietfire Creations is Fireworks or Metallic - I guess i went with metallic, although originally I thought the fireworks word said flowers. Oh well, it manage to work out anyway. BIG GRIN.
Anyway to see details, descriptions etc, just click on image. Enjoy PS I also managed to sneak in a rubber stamp from Quietfire Design - one of the Quote Marks stamps that I love.
And it fits for these challenges:
Pile it on Challenge #26 circles (many of them are made with a circle punch or die)
Ooh La la #83 Summer Flowers
Shabby tea Room #68 use your favorite papers & embellishments (love Bazzill, rhinestones & brads)
TSG Clear Stamps #113 Use 3 different punches/dies (lots of dies on this one)
Anything Challenge #44 Something starting with letter "D" (Distress Inks)
Scrap Creations Anything but a card
Top Tip Tuesday #40 Something starting with letter "T" (texture, Tim Holtz stuff)
Wednesday Stamper Use at least 1 rubber stamp (the quote)
Digi Doodle Shops Best #65 Anything Goes
Do You Stack Up #26 Squares
Paper Play Challenge #26 Anything but a card
Shelly's Images Recycle/Reuse (Cola can and newsprint)
Trimmies Craft Challenge Gardening (well besides my real garden, this is how my other garden grows BIG GRIN)
Prairie Faerie Fridays #56 Swirls & Pearls
Totally Paper Crafts #72 Bingo (Punch/dies, emboss & ribbon; The only ones I didn't use were buttons & lace...Big Grin)
All Sorts Challenge #110 Anything Goes

Yogi,
We try to keep the Current Challenge updated, I think maybe either you have to clear your cache or we had to do some backup that took it back. It is showing the current challenge when I went to check.
