I came across a very pretty calligraphic type piece that had the word masked or a stencil was used, then stamped or ornamented around it (see bottom of post). It hit me... I've done so many resist techniques - so why haven't I done one like this. Sheesh. So I used Suzanne's (Quietfire Design) "Italic" alphabet set - both caps and small letters, positioning them in a funky way.Next I'm going to do a black and white linear piece...
