MC Nov/11 - Square Dies - Noel

I love this lettering resist technique so much I thought I'd make another one BIG GRIN. I had said in a previous post I wanted to do a black and white one, but that didn't quite work out too well. Because of the thin areas in the Italic lettering, they got lost in the design unless you added some color to pronounce the letter... So I added a touch of the Old Paper around the letter - much better. I'm still going to do black and white letters but will use some other letters or maybe do my own.

One of the challenges on the Flourishes blog is "Outside the Box" technique. Do that quite often because it's a supper technique... So I combined these two techniques.

I'm also using the Italic Alphabet Capital set from  Quietfire Design

And it fits for these challenges:
Flourishes  #142 Out of the Box
Delightful Sketches  very Sparkly Christmas
Mark's Finest Papers  #78 Fall or Winter theme
Reasonable Ribbon  #35 Christmas
