I was doodling, not know what direction I wanted to go in, and came up with triangular cut out design of this floral/butterfly. Cut it out with my electronic cutter and liked the look and created the card. Definitely a couple of boo-boos along the way... the first being - I cut the excess cardstock away around the triangles, and then said to myself - how was it going to stand. Sheesh - so much for that great idea. ROFL. The second boo boo - I don't like making symmetrical type cards, I always forget to check which orientation it's going in when I stamp something else to it, and sure enough, that's what happened on this card... The "Fluttering by... starts on the wrong side. Luckily this card is going to a really good friend, who either won't notice or will take it in stride.
But I'm using the brand new Quietfire Design Butterfly Circle stamps that just came out. The circle one under the flaps and the quote on the inside. Love them
Anyway, to see more details and descriptions, just click on card image and enjoy.
PS Don't forget to comment on my BLOG HOP Post, and the posts from the other designers to win a bunch of rubber stamps.

Hi Yogi, greetings from Northern Ontario. I love your sympathy card, it says just enough. How's your weather? We have had a rather mild winter for our neck of the woods, the snow comes and goes. Usually we have cold temps too. I'm not complaining though because I can still walk to the mall, LOL I have recently found your blog and am now following you, and will visit often. Please stop by my blog and perhaps you would like to follow me also. Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Chris
