MC Feb/12 - Craftaholic HB card

So another bites the dust using only my scraps... (see my side bar for more of my challenge details)

The background stamp is a huge Harmonie stamp that I love. I have 3 of these humungous stamps. I had stamped it onto a beige card base using brown ink and embossing it, thinking to make a monochromatic card... it was so blah and uninspiring I just tossed it into my scrap pile. So it got resurrected BIG GRIN. I'm content with the results.

Anyway to see more details and descriptions, just click on card image and enjoy.

And again, I'm using one of the 10 tiny sentiment set from Quietfire Design  love them

And it fits for these challenges:
Creatalicious  Monthly #31 Lace
Reasonable Ribbon  #42 Pink, Brown & Ribbon
Crazy Challenge  #107  Dies/Punches
Cutie Stampers  #121 stamp a background
Cupcake Craft Challenge  #180  Pink, something fluffy & a cupcake
Inspiration Avenue  Texture (the main texture is the puffy paint heat set to puff up, but then there are all kinds of other textures)
Kaboodle Doodles  #107 something to do with cooking
PollyCraft Challenge  #128 Buttons & Ribbon
Stamps Fun Creativity  #87 use your favorite stamp
The Pink Elephant  #136 Use Text
My Time to Craft  #173 Cake
Totally Gorjuss  #119 Lace

Oh Yogi! Your card is a-mazing! I just love it! So much detail! I love how you managed to resurrect something from your trash and made it pretty again. Adore the diecut embossed button border and that cute little cupcake and your colouring on the cup and saucer. You are amazing!! Great card! Thanks for joining us at Cupcake. keeley

That is one BIG background stamp, and I love it! Also, the button border -- I had to look closely and read up to see they weren't real buttons. They certainly look real. I like how they aren't bulky like real buttons, though. Very pretty, Yogi!

Cards with textures offer such depth and richness. Nothing like a homemade
