Day 10 TH Chemistry 101 - Rock Candy Distress Stickles

Sigh, this is the last class. I don't want it to end... I've so enjoyed doing all the techniques - 25 tags + the extras I made, BIG GRIN.

Today was all about the adhesives and mediums. And to finish the class using Rock Candy Distress Stickles, which I love.

I'm also using Quietfire Design rubber stamps

To see more details and descriptions, just click on tag image and enjoy

PS Tim mentioned using a product called Micro Glaze which protects water based media from wetness without smearing the artwork.
I like using Dorland's Wax Medium which is the exact same thing. It's by Jacquard and I buy mine at Quietfire Design.

Beautiful tags once again, Yogi.

What a lovely creation of a tag. It is sad that the fun is over!

I have a lot of catching up to do- it's been a busy work week! I got my distress markers at Archiver's locally. I was surprised they carry them. They carry all colors in Distress Ink, stain, EP and markers, but do not carry re-inkers which I ordered from Suzanne the other day.
Love your work- I'll look longer over the weekend!

Yogi, this journey's been a pleasure to see your artwork & shares. I LOVE this TAG! You truly dressed it up with some added bling on the flourish ends which is very pretty to me. Love that ribbon too!
(Don't sigh) we shall take another together (fingers crossed we continue this awesome journey). I'm excited to keep following.

It has been interesting watching your tags from Tims class. Lots of great techniques and Suzannes stamps are perfect to showcase them all. Thanks for sharing and I really think that you could do one of these classes yourself with the following you have and your artistic abilities. Lovely artwork.

Two more great tags. I love the sentiments you used on them. Great sharing a class with you..Thanks for sharing your creations..PS. I love your personal quest to use up your paper scraps..Must do that! I made a promise to use up my ribbon pieces that are accumulating in jars..so I only used them for these tags..no new ribbon rolls were opened..ha..Happy weekend.

nice.
You've been a great class mate!
I think everyone who does lettering has been using microglaze forever!

These are lovely. I, too, am sad class is officially over, but I'm happy we will always have access to everything when we need an "ink refresher" !

Loving all the stamps you have used and the extra bits you have put on your tags. I have left mine quite plane. After seeing yours, that might change...
