MC July/12 - Pinks - Snowflakes

Snowflakes Fairydust

Two more Xmas cards bite the dust...

I got this Memory Box "Frosty Border" die a while back and really love the delicate shapes that it cuts. So decided to cut it from some decorated papers in my stash that were predominantly pinks to go with one of the challenges...

One of the die cuts had used iron on webbing which was sprinkled with glitter, the other one I embossed with Pearlescent embossing powder.

Snowflakes Kisses
Both are side folded 5.5"w x 4.25"h white cards. Embossed with Cuttlebug "Distressed Snow" embossing folder, either rubbed the high points with Distress "Worn Lipstick" lightly for a pinky tone, or with Perfect medium and embossing with "Silver Fire Opal" embossing powder.

Stamped the sentiments Quietfire Design  with Versafine Black Onyx.

And it fits for these challenges:

Oh Yogi, I always know I'm going to ooh and ahh when I see a thumbnail rom you on an Opus Gluei challenge. Yep, no exception here. What simply breathtaking cards - I love the subtle use of color with the striking texture, it really makes the sentiment pop and the entire card STRIKING. So pretty, now I want to go and find that embossing folder.

Thank you so much for playing with us at Opus Gluei!
