My Memories Suite V3 giveaway

Hi all
If  you've been reading my posts lately you'll have noticed I was going to give away a My Memories Suite v3 Digital Scrapbooking software valued at $39.95 US. So now's your chance... You'll have till next Saturday - August 18th at midnight (Mountain time) to get your name in the draw. I will announce the winner on the Sunday, August 19th. Good Luck everyone.
Here's what you have to do:
1) go to My Memories and pick your favorite digital paper pack or layout or kit. (PS you can choose more than 1 BIG GRIN)
2) come back here and make a comment letting me know which was your favorite kit. (Please only enter once)
3) make sure there is some way for me to reach you by email
That's all you have to do - easy peasy. If you're not a follower I would love for you to become one, but that is totally optional.

Here's a little history:
I was asked by Liz Gardner to try out "My Memories" digital scrapbooking and more software. She gave me the software and one to give away.

In my last post I mentioned not being a scrapbooker, but did create a simple layout  using a basic template which you can see HERE. Very easy to use and changing anything in the template to make it totally yours was easy too.

So even if you are totally artistically challenged you can get your scrapbook memories done and shared with others. The software is relatively easy to work with and has a lot of possibilities. There are so many options, it's almost mind boggling.  There are lots of free templates as well as ones to purchase. Or you can use templates you already own. There are videos and an instruction manual, depending on which way you like to learn. I just push buttons and see what happens - BIG GRIN

Some of  you may know, I love cooking... so I thought I'd start a recipe booklet, one I can print off and bind as a gift, or make into recipe cards or into whatever format you choose.

I used a 5 x 7" blank template for these, left some space at the top for my binding, because I'm making it into a flip booklet. Used Word Art for my main word (had fun using various features for each - remember, I'm a button pusher). Then added text boxes for the ingredients and directions (you can click on any image to see a larger version, and these are tried and tested recipes I love). Added a background. Then inserted a picture of the food and was able to do some altering when it didn't quite fit my text. I'm happy with the results...

Next will be using the software to create a digital greeting card with elements for hand coloring. I think it will be great being able to place my digital image in relation to the text.

As an added bonus:
But if you can't wait to get your hands on this My Memories software, you can use this code STMMMS3754 at check out and get $10.00 off the retail price. You can also use the code to get $10.00 off in the store.

PS here are some additional links for those that use Twitter or Facebook or would just like to see more of how the software can be used etc:

I think it is impossible to pick a favourite kit or paper pack. I do like Candied-Raspberry Cream Pack very much. I also like the Heritage papers and the alphas and the mermaids...
Love your recipe pages too.
