MC Mar/13 - Triangle Fold - May the WIngs

I recently saw this card structure and wanted to make one... no instructions, so with a bit of fiddling, this is what I came up with. I also didn't do any of my usual sponging of edges, keeping it simple - kinda...

I love the Fleur de Lis die set. It's rare I do square type of cards, I'm more a rectangle person, but that Fleur de Lis was just perfect for this card.

I'm using a couple calligraphic rubber stamp sets from Quitefire Design.

And if you'd like to see more details, descriptions and views, just click on card image and enjoy.

And it fits for these challenges:
By the Cute & Girly  Monthly March Use your favorite things (dies & calligraphic stamps)
Craft Your Passion  #153 use your favorite 2 colors (browns & blue for today...)
Cupcake Craft Challenge  #233 words as main focus
Incy Wincy Designs  #187 use things that start with "F" (friends, filigree/fleur de lis borders, fancy folds, fancy die cuts, flutterbug)
Kaboodle Doodles  #162 make it 3d or lots of layers or pop up etc.
MIM Challenge  #86 heat embossing (the quotes were clear embossed. I love the way that makes them pop)
Anything Goes Challenge  #88 double something up (2 BFlies, 2 gold layers, 2 largest white die layers, 2 quotes)
Tuesday Alchemy  #51 Anything Goes
Little Red Wagon  #175 Shaped card
4 Crafty Chicks  #132 Dies
One Stitch at a Time  #154 Anything ges
Stamptacular Sunday  #206 Dies
