MC Mar/14 - Easel Quill Window Dogwoods - HB

Well I guess I can say this is rather an involved card... It's for a friends birthday, so hopefully she doesn't either look at it or realize it's for her. BIG GRIN

http://www.yogiemp.com/HP_cards/MiscChallenges/MiscChallenges2014/MCMar14_EaseQuillWindowDogwoods_HB.htmlAt the same time I wanted to make those dimensional roses a couple weeks ago, I wanted to make some Dogwood blooms. Finally got around to it. This is really an over sized card, but had no choice because of the size of the window. Really love the way it turned out.

You can see all the details and descriptions, plus more views and the envelope box I made for it by clicking on image. Enjoy.

I'm using a sentiment and quote stamp from Quietfire Design.

And it fits for these challenges:
Kaboodle Doodles  #214 anything but sq.
MIM Challenge  #135 spring
Squigglefly challenge  #1014 flowers
Cute Card Thursday  #311 gems
Scrap Creations  pastel colors
TTCRD  #11 -18 anything goes

Oh such a beautiful birthday card and it even could be used for Easter. Love that card and colors and have always loved that image at Squigglefly. Best of luck in the drawing.

Beautiful lacy edge and flowers as though they're climbing a wall. Nice as an easel card so it can be displayed to its best advantage. Lovely!
