I was playing around with one of the background techniques from Tim's challenges (April) using Distress acrylic paints - love this technique. Then I combined it with a bunch of quilled elements, some made at my last quilling session, some made at the previous session...I combined it with a eCut "Celebrate" from Quietfire Design which can be found on the Silhouette online store. And on the inside the Happy Birthday stamped sentiment from the Happy Family's set.
