MC Dec/14 - Quill - SB Labels 41 - Makes You Happy - HB

http://yogiemp.com/HP_cards/MiscChallenges/MiscChallenges2014/MCDec14_Quill_SBLabels41_MakesYouHappy_HB.html

Finally I was in a mood to create something... Got some new Spellbinder dies from Scrapping Great Deals in Ontario - so pretty. Wish they were easier to cut though... Had to run it through my machine several times which frustrates me to no end... but it's such a pretty die. sigh!!

Recently I also cleaned up and organized a bunch of my die cuts & hand made embellies that I just toss when I don't use them. Of course that means I don't use them either because I can't remember what I tossed. ROFL. So it was nice to take the time and see them all again - and finally use a bunch.

This is a very over sized card for me, but I needed the room. 6"w x 8"h. Won't be cheap to mail either. - another sigh!!

I'm using Quietfire Design quote and sentiment stamps. Absolutely love this "Twirl & Enjoy" set, it seems to always put a smile on my face. And I also love the "Happy Family Days" set with the birthday sentiment and the flourished frame.

Lovely card Yogi. Particularly like to see how you use the quilling with other elements. I have just started quilling again after a long lay off, so need the inspiration. hugs, Ursula

Very pretty, Yogi, and love seeing flowers and such popping up on blogs now that Christmas is behind us. Not that I don't love Christmas cards, too, but a change is welcome. Nice use of the different elements. I made a 5x7 card the other day and it seemed huge compared to an A2.
