MC Mar/15 - Create Without Limits - Happy Birthday

Create Without Limits is now a rubber stamp that comes mounted on cling foam at Quietfire Design.

One of the challenges I'm entering asked for a card with no image stamps at all... only text...

I side folded my white cardstock (5"w x 6.5"h). PS this is a one layer card.

Die cut a couple Spellbinders circles to use as masks and stencils. Adhered one in position on my card front with removable tape. Inked up my embossing folder (Cuttlebug "Typeset" 5 x 7) using distress mini pads, all over with "Shabby Shutters" here and there with "Evergreen Bough" & "Peacock Feathers", misted lightly with water and positioned on my card, ran through my machine.

Kept the taped circle in place and ran a 2B pencil all around, darker on the upper right and lower left. Removed circle and used a paper stump to blend my pencil mark to create shadows. Used Derewent XL Graphite block to add some green in the circle area and moved the color around with my finger. Placed the negative of the circle in place and inked up the stamp "Create Without Limits"  with Evergreen Bough, misted lightly and stamped, repeated to fill the area. Removed stencil

Placed the smaller circle's negative, direct to paper with the Evergreen Bough, dried, swiped with an anti static powder. Inked up the (Birthday 5 pce set) stamp with Versamark, stamped and embossed with white embossing powder.

Adhered my green Sari ribbon and tied a triple loop fork bow. Adhered with a glue gun.

As a final touch, applied Glossy Accents all over the birthday circle. Dried overnight.

On the inside, used an butterfly stencil by Evo, repeatedly stamped with Create without limits using the Evergreen Bough and misting with water. sponged a bit of "Crushed Olive" around the edges of the stencil.

Stamped the sentiment again. Then stamped the "my Friend" using Versafine Black Onyx masking off the rest of the quote from "This is My Beloved" with masking tape, inking, and removed the masking, then stamped.
