MC Feb/16 - Pyramid Gear Card - ECD Laugh, Celebrate - Happy Birthday

quietfirecreations.blogspot.ca/2016/02/ecd-laugh-celebrate-happy-birthday.html
My turn on the Quietfire Creations blog today. As I mentioned the other day I had another pyramid card percolating in my brain... ROFL (you can see that one HERE). This is the result. BIG GRIN. One guy card down, a couple more to make...

I don't know why I haven't made this structure since 2011, but that won't happen again. I really like making them... And they stand so beautifully.

I'm using a wax crayon resist technique for the backgrounds. Also multi embossing powder technique using Emerald Creek embossing powders to get the rust/verdigris look on the gears.

Anyway I'm using a couple of the A Way With Words dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs "Laugh" and "Celebrate" also available on Quietfire Design HERE and HERE

I'm also using a sentiment ("Happy Birthday Plain and Simple" 7pce set) and part of a quote stamp ("Home, Congratulations" 5pce set) from Quietfire Design

Enjoy.

Wow this is an amazing card, and so perfect for a male - especially if they are mechanically minded!
