MC Mar/16 - Easel Paper Dress - ECD Happy Birthday - Fairy Whispers - Some People

Blame it on my quilling friends... but I've been on a roll making paper dresses... This one is completely made of paper except for the waist piece and I added a face to this one since the dress really blended in to the background so I wanted to make it more obvious it was a dress... and since I wanted to use the "Fairy Whisper" stamp I used one of Ching-Chou Kuik's stamps - love her stamps but I don't do fairies too often. sigh!!

And then I was really in a mood to do filigree type border and easel style and I wanted lots of greenery... ROFL.
