MC Jan/17 - Easel Bargello - ECD Thinking Of You - Friendship

http://yogiemp.com/HP_cards/MiscChallenges/MiscChallenges2017/MCJan17_EaselBargello_ECDThinkingOfYu_Friendship.html

Happy New Year everyone. To start of the year I thought I'd start with using a very old technique to use up some of those scraps... I used to do a lot of crewel work using the Bargello design. So here is one card using the Bargello pattern using paper. Love the way it turned out... Click on any card image to see all the details and descriptions etc. Enjoy

I'm using an A Way With Words die from Elizabeth Craft Designs "Thinking Of You" also available on Quietfire Design HERE

I'm also using a Quietfire Design quote stamp that I love "Friendship Isn't a Big Thing..."

And it fits for these challenges:
Avenue 613  #193  optional a technique

Oh, goodness, that's a lot of detail work with those scraps, but it looks absolutely wonderful! You do have fun. Love the flower and pearls for a stop on your easel card. I received the most wonderful Christmas easel card sample (wink, wink). But it's doing double duty as a guide to making those amazing mountains. It's still displayed on my dining room table. A stamping friend made a beeline for it the other day and was all agog.
