BVCG December Lettering Challenge Day 3 & 4

http://www.yogiemp.com/Calligraphy/Artwork/BVCG_LetteringChallenge_Dec2019/BVCG_LetteringChallengeDec2019_Week1.htmlThought I'd work on some black cardstock this time. I'm using a Ruling pen, FW Acrylic white ink and Prisma colored pencils for "Caroling" and a Parallel pen with my mix of Copic white opaque ink and FW acrylic ink doodling and in the negative spaces for "December".

I see your blog all the time but don't comment often. todays post gave me a chuckle and I thought I would share it. let me start by saying my brain has a hard time with different lettering. sometimes I miss the obvious. so I pop open your post today and the very first lettering I read as Carolina and I think hmmm that's odd that that would be the post. so I do the next logical thing and read the words only to find out it was caroling not Carolina. hope that gives you a tee hee as it did me.

Hi Christi, thanks for commenting and the chuckle. I knew when I saw the finished lettering I also thought the "g" could pass for an "a", but it was too late to do anything about it. BIG GRIN. Have a great day

Ha! Now I'm laughing! I didn't see it as an "a", but now that Christi mentions it... These are great, Yogi!
