I love Fiddleheads and remember driving through New Brunswick to get to PEI and passing a bunch of areas with loads of Fiddleheads. Miss those drives.sigh!!

You rose to this challenge beautifully, Yogi! I know you can eat fiddleheads, but I've never been certain if the ordinary, regular wild ferns around here are the kind you can eat. The deer never eat them. Someday I'll have to look that up. We have endless ferns everywhere. The recipe sounds delish!
