I created the border while playing with the gals recently and then goofed on the quote so created it again when I got home...

Done on Canson Mixed Media paper. Outlines with a Sharpie extra fine tip. painted with Derwent Inktense wc pencils and a wet brush. Added some Gansai Tambi gold paint for the curlicues. Text with a Zebra nib
