Our April challenge is to create a Pocket Fold #23 from Hedi Kyle's Art Of The Fold book. We've done this one a while back (March 2021) and you can see it HERE and (Dec 2022) HERE
Size closed: 6"w x 4"h x 1.5"thk
This time I wanted a bunch of pockets... So I pulled out my stash of geli prints done on LBS End paper in various colors.
Created the open box to hold my pockets from heavy weight white cardstock and sewed in the pockets in a simple 3 hole binding with waxed linen thread in marching colors. Then raided my scrap off cut stash and created the weaves for front and back gluing them to the white cardstock. Added the closures to hold it closed with some waxed linen thread. Then added the title with a Zig Writer and Prisma colored pencils. (I do things backward sometimes)...

I like this open box folio sort of design and, of course, all the color!
