MC Aug/11 - Distress Stains - Noel

I must admit, Distress Stains were not something high on my priority list to purchase. I bought a couple a while back, swiped them over some cardstock, and said um to myself. Put them in the drawer and there they've sat... Of course the two colors I purchased weren't so great either or so I thought at the time.

Then the other day I watched the video clip Tim did showing the differences of the 3 products, stamp pad, reinker and stain. I love the look he got with the stains. So out came my 2 bottles... And the card in this post is the result. I was so impressed I went out and bought a bunch more colors, not the ones I wanted, since they seemed to be all sold out, but bought every color they did have (only 5). So will have fun playing with them in the VERY NEAR future.

Beautiful card, Yogi!!! You must get the picket fence stain... I tried the marbling technique with it and other stains last night... yum!!!

I had the same thought and feeling about TH Distress Stain. I bought only one bottle awhile back..and not sure how/what to use it for. Then just like after watching his videos...Baammmmm LOVE distress stains. Im gonna pick up some more.
ANYWAY....you did AWESOME job on this card, and it turned out beautiful. Thank you for playing along with DYSU challenge this week.
