QF Nov/12 - Snowflakes BFlies

Got my newest batch of Xmas stamps from Suzanne at Quietfire Design yesterday... Love them especially the saying on this card. It snowed here in Calgary over night and into the morning, so it was a good idea to think they were butterflies, otherwise I might have been thoroughly depressed... It's cold too, so have put off doing misc outside things and am hibernating... Also painting a wall in my guest room makeover. Thought I'd take a break and create this card.

gg designs blog has a post about rosettes and what perfect timing, since I haven't made a rosette in ages, figured it was time to make one and decided to try using Tim's on the edge Snowflake Flurries die to make it. It worked...

Anyway to see more details and descriptions, just click on card image and enjoy.

Now back to the reno's of my guest room - with maybe another break this afternoon BIG GRIN - stay tuned...

And it fits for these challenges:

Your card is lovely!

I had to laugh at your "winter scene -- nothing but snow" entry explanation; I hope any blizzards I see this winter are as pretty and peaceful as this card.
