MC Nov/13 - Quill Snowflakes - Let it Snow productive quilling session... I used the drop out piece from the Oval Scenic cards as a mask. Added glitter and rhinestones to the snowflakes and a sparkly blue ribbon at the bottom.

I'm using a couple quote stamps from Quietfire Design
