Gorgeous bow! I always say I don't mind a little extra postage as long as it fits in an envelope and doesn't have to be mailed as a parcel. I'm never certain exactly how much postage will be required, so I just put two stamps on it and write "hand cancel, please" on the envelope. Love the frame and how you did the inside with the color seeming to run down from the top.
