Floral Doodle - Daisies Are Like Sunshine

On Canson Mixed Media paper drew out a bunch of circles and then added the floral petals inside. Colored with various Prisma colored yellows. Drew a black band for the text.

Line Doodle - Shades Of Pink - An Attitude

Size: 4.4"w x 6"h

On Canson Mixed Media paper  drew intersecting lines, then using a calligraphy 3.0 marker drew heavier alternating lines. Colored the shapes with Prisma colored pencils, every pink and purple tone I have (928,929, 931, 932, 934, 956, 970, 993, 995, 996, 1009, 1018, 1029, 2100, 2200). Doodled in 3 small triangles, and wrote the words in the 2 remaining spaces. Blended the colored pencils with a Lyra Splendor Blender.

I really like the look of the colored pencils...

Foral Doodle - Fantasy World

Size: 6"w x 4.5"h

On Canson Mixed Media paper using a ZIG Writer, started with that 3 petal central flower, adding inner petals. Then worked my way to the edge of the paper. Painted with various brands of watercolor in yellows and oranges and the outer petals with greens. Drew the words Fantasy World and painted with a gold Mica paint.

Triangle Mini Booklet - Pie In The Sky

I had triangle shaped cut offs and decided to make a booklet of the scraps... I also had these geli print sheets from eons ago that I had no idea what to do with them. They were too small for most of my projects... So ended using 2 of them with different coloring... Mish Mash...

There were some single triangle pieces and some that were folded in half. Adhered the single ones together with the geli print. I put 2 folded triangles together. Sewed everything attaching them to the covers (1,2,1; 2,1,2; 1,2,1) to hold everything together... did I say mish mash??? it's cute though.

Mini Booklet _ Blizzard - ATC

size: 2.5"w x 3.5"h x 1"thk
Cut a couple of looong pieces of green light weight cardstock to create the spine/page holder to fit ATC height and width. Glued the folds together to create a solid booklet. Then cut white medium weight cardstock (Canson Mixed Media) for the artwork... (which will happen eventually...) - 32 pages/ATC's 

 

 

Floral Doodle - Start - Where You Are

On Canson Mixed Media paper using various brands of w/c created the border with those blobby globs... (love them) then created the frame work.
Saw a funky style of lettering on Instagram by (Daniel Markides July 14/26) and had to use it...

Doodle - Circles Alphabet Florals

On Canson Mixed Media paper created a whole pile of circles and then added the flowers in the larger ones. Painted with w/c and details with a ZIG Writer. Then looked at all the smaller circles and when counted realized I had enough for an alphabet...size: 6"h x 4.5"

Doodle - Yes No Maybe OK

On Canson Mixed Media paper drew out a bunch of wavy lines again, painted some and doodled in others. (as usual the color is of... Pink is bright pink and yellow is not s orangey). Added the words with a black ZIG Writer

On Canson Mixed Media paper drew out a bunch of wavy lines and then created the globs within the lines. Colored the spaces with a black ZIG Writer then various colors of w/c for the globs... shadowed each and then added a letter in funky styles.

Continuing playing outside on this very sunny day and started drawing these rock type shapes, so colored them with Prisma colored pencils, then added the text... then added the dots leading out. Done on Edge Mixed Media paper.

Funky Letters - Accomplished Today

Was playing outside on this very sunny day and saw some interesting letters (Instagram by DanielMarkides) and had to try them...

On Genoa Bond Calligraphy paper drew out the letters and colored with Prisma colored pencils and blended with a paper stump. Added a couple swirls.

Another one of my doodling days... just drew the the random shape with the bullet edge of my black ZIG Writer. Then added the gold gel pen lines on both sides. Painted with metallic paints. Then deiced to added some doodle lines in some of the spaces. Then added the text...

Blizzard Booklet - Black Black (#1)

I rec'd a request to create a Blizzard booklet (black spine and cover) so to make it a little interesting I used photographic background paper (shiny on one side and matte on the other) for the spine area and heavy textured cardstock for the covers.

It will hold 26 back to back pages.

Mini Booklet - Black Black (Blizzard 2)

I had a left over piece of my black photographic backdrop paper from a previous job I did so decided to use it up...it's shiny on one side and matte on the other.
size: 4.5"w x 6"h x 1.5"thk
Accordion folded into 1" folds to hold 38 pages (Canson Mixed Media). I used a heavy weight textured black cardstock for the covers and  a left over strip of the shiny black paper for the belt.

Not sure what I'm going to put into it yet... time will tell.

Mini Booklet - A 2 Z

size: 5"w x 6"h x .5"thk
Cut Bogus Recycled Sketch paper and folded in half to page size (8, 8 and 10 pages). Created an oversize and tilted funky letter on each page. Added a shadow then added the rest of the 12 letter words for that letter in monoline.
