Misc Lettering Challenge - Day 15 to 21

And continuing on with Palindromes for my Misc Lettering Challenge - Day 15 to 21. This time I used a 3.8 Parallel pen and their red ink, still in the Carrioke style lettering. Sigh!! the red ink bleeds a bit on my Columbia Mills paper...

I'm using  "Butterfly Flourish" 3pce set die from Elizabeth Craft Designs also available on Quietfire Design HERE

Also using a rubber quote stamp from Quietfire Design "Each Of US..."

This background (another from my stash...) was I think a 2nd generation print created with acrylic paints on a glossy kind of thick paper.

Stamped the quote with Versafine Clair "Twilight" and clear embossed.

The butterfly is from my stash, cut from a thermal web decorated glittered pink cardstock.

June/19 - ATCAD2019 -ATC Gold Spots - ECD You Shine, Bliss, Dream

This is another background from the raided stash of decorated papers that have been languishing in the drawer for probably 8 years...

 3 ATC's for days 12, 13 & 14

I'm using a bunch of dies  "Dream" "You" 3pce set, "Shine", "Bliss" from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design "Dream" "You" (out of stock), "Shine", "Bliss

ID: June 19 - ATC Gold Splots - ECD You Shine
ID: June 19 - ATC Gold Splots - ECD Dream - Big
This background looks like it might have been a 2nd generation of a water coloring technique, and gold paint splots added...

I trimmed them a bit smaller than an ATC and adhered them to white cardstock edged with a gold Krylon leafing pen.

The words "You Shine", "Bliss" and "Dream" were cut from a textural gold metallic cardstock. The word "Big" was added with a black Zig Writer.

ID: June 19 - ATC Gold Splots - ECD Bliss

June/19 - ATCAD2019 - ATC Crackle Paste Live Love Laugh - Day 9, 10 & 11

Well here are the ATC's for day 9, 10 & 11. I'm just zipping along... BIG GRIN

These are more ATC's created from my raided stash of decorated papers that have been languishing in the drawer for probably 8 years... Every once in a while I check it, but it stays the same... What better use of them than for ATC's. Finally there are a few less in the drawer.

I'm using a bunch of dies "Live", "Love", "Laugh" from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design  HERE, HERE, and HERE

I believe the crackle background was made using Golden's Crackle medium and Dream Weaver paste, then colored with a water coloring medium. I loved the effect, but it's really thick and not conducive to making greeting cards... so it languished in the drawer. It's really bright and cheerful.

I trimmed them down a bit narrower than an ATC and adhered them to a white cardstock base edge with a red Zig marker.

I die cut the words "Live", "Love", and "Laugh" from a dark blue metallic cardstock.

June19 - ATCAD2019 - Triptych Make a wish

I raided my stash of decorated papers that have been languishing in the drawer for probably 8 years... Every once in a while I check it, but it stays the same... What better use of them than for ATC's. Finally there are a few less in the drawer.

I'm using a bunch of dies "Make A Wish", from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design  "HERE"

I'm also using a clear stamp set "Happy Birthday Collection" from Quietfire Design also available on Elizabeth Craft Designs HERE
This 3 page ATC folds up into a regular sized ATC, but I needed something big for my "Make A Wish" die cut. BIG GRIN.

The background paper was done on watercolor paper, colored with some form of water coloring and then Saran Wrap scrunched up on dampness and left to dry. The result is hard cut edges that look like glass chips.

I had a leftover piece of the geometric scrapbook paper so added it to the front. Stamped the "Celebrate" and balloons using Versafine Clair "Twilight" and clear embossed. Colored the balloons with Prisma colored pencils.

On the inside Die cut the "Make a Wish" from black cardstock and cut a shadow layer from white. Adhered both together then to inside.

I had some alcohol star drop out pieces from another die cut. so added some of them.

June/19 - ATCAD2019 - Bubbles - Day 3 & 4

There's a challenge to create an ATC every day in June (use the tag #ATCAD2019 on all social media)... And with Kathy Jo's demo from last week Thursday Letters Live on Quietfire Design where she demo'd making bubble artworks. Perfect for experiments for ATC's and I've paired it up with my new stamps from Pink Ink Designs. These are day 3 & 4

I'm using a couple dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs "Laugh" and "Smiles" 2pce set, also available on Quietfire Design HERE and HERE

In a small wide lip container put a bit of water, add a couple drops of liquid dish soap and some Distress Re-inker. Blow with a straw till you get a nice bunch of bubbles above the  container. Press into the bubbles - not touching the lip of the container and repeat. Or move bubbles with your straw.
PS: mark or identify which end you will be blowing through so you don't accidentally get inks all over your mouth...

I used Distress Reinkers in 3 different containers - Mustard seed, Picked Raspberry and Peacock Feathers. I really like this combo
This ATC stamped with Pink Ink Designs "Shells" using Versafine Clair "Twilight" and clear embossed, then cut out. The die cut word cut from tissue box cardstock and adhered to a black shadow layer.

This ATC stamped with Pink Ink Designs "Toucan" using the Twilight ad embossing with Emerald Creek Seth Apter "Eclipse" embossing powder. The beak colored with Tombow markers. The die cut word cut from a misc cardstock, inked with Versafine Clair "Golden Meadow" end embossed with Emerald Creek "Thanksgiving" embossing powder.
