Flat Fold Box - Altered

A friend from my crafty gals introduced the group to this flat fold box. I was intrigued... Hers' fit her larger 3D cards. I decided to alter mine for the blue one to a smaller size. Then I made the 2nd one altered some more with things I didn't really like from the original...

Impossible Box - Altered for Lid _Splish Splash & Espresso

I've made the original designed box, then an altered box that was taller... and then someone asked how to make the lid a bit bigger so it would work with heavier cardstock and not buckle etc... We thought we would have to use a 2nd piece of cardstock... I mulled it over and came up with a slightly offset scoring for the upper and lower portions as well as decreasing the width of the tabs. It's working for me put we'll see if it works for anyone else. ROFL

I've made 7 of these boxes in the past couple days... THAT'S IT...

I'm trying to make one more square. I made a prototype for it, but it needs a couple of little adjustments... Hopefully I'll get to it tomorrow.

Blizzard Box Frame - ABC

After creating my previous Blizzard Boxes I was in a mood to create something "frame like" to insert some calligraphy. So I had to do some math to get to a size that would be small squares... It worked BIG GRIN.

This month we're working on #14 "Blizzard Box" from Hedi Kyle's Art Of The Fold book. I've done a bunch of these eons ago but can't find pics or the boxes...

I made a couple regular one in a similar size as the instructions, then decided to make a couple totally oversized and undersized...

MC July/18 - Extended Gable Box & Candle - ECD Noel - Flourished Ornament

I had some Gable Box die cuts in my bin and started playing with them - They're so cute and work well for cookies or small trinkets etc... but I said to myself would be great also stacked to make a larger box... and voila. I created the candle so made the box tall enough for it.


And stay tuned for Xmas in July starting next week on Quietfire Creations.
