Doodle ABC - Alphabet Soup

On Canson Mixed Media Sketchbook paper created the overlapping wavy lines, doodled in some, colored in others using ZIG Clean Color markers. Added the alphabet letters using the pointed end of the ZIG Writer and added a gold gel pen line.

Let Go - Tag Booklet

I was cleaning out a section in my art room (like I do all the time and never get anywhere...) but came across a bunch of tags I had painted eons ago... So decided to finish it. Added funky lettered/doodled words about letting go.

Used various media, w/c, gel pens, ZIG Writer.

Vase of Flowers - Hello My Friend

size: 7"h x 4.75"
On Canson XL Marker paper created the vase of flowers then added the large words "Hello My Friend" and then the lyrics kept running thru my head... so had to write them down...
Used ZIG Clean Color markers for the artwork and a Blue ZIG Writer for the text

Art Of The Fold - Nine Emotions Booklet

Our AofF for September is anything we want...
I came across this blank booklet I made eons ago and decided to finish it...

I covered the  pages with 3 different geli prints I had recently made (a purple-y pink, a bluish and a greenish. I kept the backsides white for my text. Used a 1.5 black ZIG Calligraphy pen for the text in one of my funky styles....

Quotes on the back of each page done with a Juice Up pen in a basic monoline.

Derwent Challenge - Day 1 - 7

size: each approx 6" x 4.5"
On Canson Biggie Jr watercolor paper drew out my designs with a black waterproof marker and colored with both Derwent w/c pencils and Inktense pencils, using a different lettering style for each.
They are in order of the challenge except for "Spring Wardrobe which should be in 3rd spot after "Day Trip".

On Canson Mixed Media paper drew the flower outline than started doodling inside and used a ZIG Clean Color marker for the leaves and a couple petals.

Caterpillar Books from the past...

Abstract Doodle - Drawing - Edgar Degas

I just started drawing lines and patterns and this emerged...

On Genoa Bond calligraphy paper drew the curvy lines with a ZIG Writer. Used Prisma colored pencils in earth tones in a gradation style then doodled in a bunch of the spaces. Added the text in my hand writing... (a lot to be desired...)

Let There Be Peace

I saw something done on_line and decided to pull out my w/c pencils and create one too...
6.5"w x 3.5"h

On Canson cp watercolor paper created my main word using Faber Castell - Albert Dürer w/c pencils (Emerald Green 163, Earth Green Yellowish 168, Light Green 171) and a wet brush, and the smaller words with a green ZIG Writer.

Doodling - Live Love Laugh

size: 6.5"w x 6"h
On Canson Mixed Media paper wrote out the words in a bold monoline using the fat end of a ZIG Writer. Surrounded the letters with squares/rectangles, hearts, circles and doodled within them. Painted with w/c. The drew the wavy lines around everything.

Freedom Booklet

I was cleaning out a bunch of stuff... and found a bunch of black cardstock, folded in half with a window on one side... so I glued them together to create the booklet, adhering the letters to spell "FREEDOM'S"

Adhered a piece of crackle scrapbook paper to the left side and wrote a word under the window, one each page from the lyrics. (LOVE this song...)

On Canson Mixed Media paper created my Blobs using a ZIG Writer, painted with w/c and some metallic gold paint. Added the words coloring with a NoBlot Ink Pencil then wet the area to spread the color.
