MC Oct/13 - Haunted - Something Wicked

 Suzanne from Quietfire Design came out with a few more items in the Silhouette Online store (Haunted - Bat spray) Halloween themed etc., so had to use some BIG GRIN. Paired it up with one of her Halloween stamps.

I converted the bat spray card into only cutting the bats - photo editing program and creating a negative image and white background. Then cut with my electronic cutter from white cardstock. Applied Distress pads direct to paper "Broken China", "Chipped Sapphire" and ""Seedless Preserves" then sponged to blend with the preserves. Adhered to black cardstock and trimmed down. Adhered to my easel front.

Electronically cut the word "Haunted and spnged with Distress Persimmon and the with the dirty purple sponge. Adhered to card.

Used a weathered fence die cut design I saw to create mine which I cut electronically, sponged with "Scattered Straw" ran through my embossing machine with Tim's "Wood Grain" embossing folder, then sponged "Gathered Twigs". Adhered to card.

Created the sponged and electronically cut the two layers, sponging the Persimmon on both with a heavier application on the top layer and clear embossing that layer. Added a small flap on the back of the pumpkin to use as my stopper and adhered to the card floor.

Stamped the quote with Versafine "Toffee" and embossed with "Queen's Gold". Stamped the "Happy Haunting" (Inkadinkado) with Versamark and brushed on various colors of Perefect Pearls "Biscotti" & "Kiwi". Stamped the bats (same Inkadinkado set) & a smokey silver Perfect Pearls.
