I've been challenged to make cards or things using ribbon... this woven piece was a scrap laying on my desk from a card I'll be uploading later in August... I had created a woven piece on the diagonal using Sari ribbon (my favorite ribbon...). I used "Cupcake" (Sorbet would look similar) and "Glint" (Check out the ribbon section at Quietfire Design.
I'm using an A Way With Words die "Happy Birthday" 2pce die set from Elizabeth Craft Designs, also available on Quietfire Design HERE
And I'm using a quote stamp from Quietfire Design ("We cannot Tell..." 2pce companion set);
Click on any card image to see all the details and descriptions etc. Enjoy

I love the color, texture, and sheen that scrap adds to your card. It's always fun to find uses for cast off pieces and leftovers, something I love to do!
Thanks for joining us for our Friendship challenge at Cut it Up!

Love your color selections as purple is a favorite, and I believe in plaid and glitter. Thanks for sharing at Jo's Scrap Shack! My apologies for the late comment as last week was vacation time for us.
