I recently purchased the 100 set Faber-Castell Black Edition colored pencils specifically created for black paper from Kensington Art Supply here in Calgary. They really are great. Creamy.

Oooh, pencils on black -- I love it! Way back a long long time ago I would stamp an image in white pigment ink, let dry and then color over that with pencils. It's nice to think there's something that works better. I learn of new-to-me products every day. So many toys!
