I was cleaning out a huge pile of discarded art sketches beside my desk... It didn't fit under my desk anymore... and this was something I saw a while back (IG: i.love.sharing.mandala) and wanted to play with. I love doodling so this was right up my alley. I didn't even think about doodling within my knot work. duh...

On Genoa bond calligraphy paper drew out the knot design, inked with Zig Writer and doodled within with a Juice Up pen. Colored the dots with the Zig Writer. Added graphite shading.
