Another one of those days I was in a mood for circles and this border emerged...
On Canson Black Drawing, using a white Gelly roll 08 and a Uniball Gold gel pen created the border.
The text is something funky I saw onLine, but in it's outline form was hard to read so colored in alternative letters with the white gel pen.
