Paisley Letter L Colored

I'm taking a class - Paisley Letters with Cecelia Boschi through the Edmonton Calligraphy Society. Fun. This is from day 2.
The pics below are also day 2 and what we started with getting into the rhythm of the design process.
On Strathmore Black Field Drawing paper created a template to make my oval shape and then created my design. Inked everything with a silver Juice Up pen then colored with Gelly Roll metallic gel pens (red, green, gold and silver)
Paisley Letter B & prototype L for the colored version.
size: B - 2.5"sq & L - 3"w x 4"h
On Genoa Bond calligraphy paper using a Juice Up pen ad a Zig Writer and metallic Gelly Roll pens.

Beautiful monogram designs! I just got some different black paper to try with embossing folders. We'll see how that goes when I can get around to it.
